Talent is the key to Stones success
Stones Solicitors LLP has appointed Karen Bonser to the role of Human Resources Manager at the firm.
Karen joins Stones following an HR career within the service industry, including South West Tourism (Regional Tourist Board for the South West of England) where she was the HR and Organisational Development Manager. She has also supported a number of businesses with their HR and training, including Bovey Castle, Macdonald Hotels and through managing skills development projects for hotels, visitor attractions and holiday parks across Devon.
She joins Stones at a time when the firm is benefiting from the pioneering work it has carried out in preparing itself for the changes to come in the legal profession. In her new role she will develop the HR strategy put in place by the firm, which includes the development and nurturing of home-grown talent.
