Sam commenced his Training Contract with Stones in September 2009 and has now qualified into the Development, Land and Planning Team.
Sam deals with a broad range of property-related matters and he has recently advised in relation to:
• A sale of agricultural property worth in excess of £1.5 million in three parts;
• The re-construction of an unregistered title after the Deeds had been lost by a large bank;
• An overage agreement to enable electricity pylons to pass over rural property;
• A variety of complex first registrations;
• Transfers and Assents of properties into trust / outright to beneficiaries.
Sam also deals with leasehold and freehold residential sales and purchases.
