Home Information Packs, HIPs
The production of the HIP will simply be an additional part of our existing conveyancing service and we have developed an approach that will complement the professional and personalised service we already offer.
At Stones we:
- produce the packs ourselves in the required timescales;
- whenever possible we will meet with you to enable us to complete the Sale Statement, Home Use Form and Home Contents Form;
- have in place links with a variety of home inspectors based throughout the South West, enabling us to obtain the necessary Energy Performance Certificate;
- provide the pack in both paper and electronic formats.
