Jemma joined Stones in November 2011 after having previously worked for another Exeter firm of Solicitors specialising in property work.
As part of the Development, Land & Planning Team she deals with a wide range of private property, high value property and agricultural land matters.
She deals with a wide range of property matters and has recently advised in relation to:
• The sale of 10 Plots on behalf of a Developer
• The acquisition of a piece of land extracted from a larger Title
• A number of purchases of complex leasehold titles
Jemma also deals with leasehold and freehold residential sales and purchases.
