Connie joined the employment team in October 2011 and undertakes all aspects of employment law advising both individuals and businesses.
Connie joined the firm from a South Wales practice where she completed her training contract and gained considerable experience dealing with contentious employment work, which includes unfair dismissal, various types of discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE cases.
Connie also has experience in advising companies on redundancy processes and disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as providing general day to day HR advice and services such as the drafting and reviewing of contracts of employment and handbooks.
