Company Commercial Team Strengthened with New Partner
We are pleased to announce that our company commercial team has been further strengthened by the appointment of a new partner, Simon Morris.
Simon, who earned his Diploma in Law at the University of Exeter and trained in the city at Bond Pearce, joins us from Bristol firm Beachcroft LLP where he worked with international and UK based clients. A recent matter required Simon to advise a US-based international logistics provider on the sale of a subsidiary company. Prior to Beachcroft LLP, Simon gained experience at Osborne Clark, Wincanton plc, Lloyds TSB and Zurich Life.
Having advised clients on matters ranging from VAT and staff concessions to PFI projects and outsourcing, Simon’s broad experience is a perfect match for Stones’ ability to successfully advise on any commercial legal issue.
