Claire is a Solicitor in the Family Team and a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitor’s Family Law Association).
Claire qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 having previously been a school teacher. Claire specialises in all aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Cohabitation Disputes, Financial Disputes following separation and Cohabitation and Pre-Nuptial Agreements. She also handles cases involving Domestic Abuse and Injunctions as well as all Child related matters arising from separation and Social Services’ involvement.
Claire deals with both privately and publicly funded matters and has experience in High Net Worth cases.
Claire always understands the very stressful and sometimes traumatic experiences couples and children can face when a relationship breaks down. She recognises the importance of dealing with such matters sensitively as well as quickly and efficiently.
Claire enjoys playing tennis and met her husband on the tennis court (she let him win!). She has two very young children who keep her on her toes. She now also specialises in Thomas The Tank Engine characters and tractors!
