Bronwen is the lead Partner and Head of the Travel Tourism & Insurance Team.
She has specialised for over 20 years in legal issues relating to travel insurance, accidents occurring abroad and ski litigation matters. She has been recognised as a leader in her field by the Legal 500 and Chambers guide UK for a number of years.

Bronwen also deals with contractual matters relating to travel insurance and the investigation of potentially fraudulent claims.
Bronwen specialises in relation to accidents which have occurred abroad or on holiday, including the liability aspects of skiing and snowboarding accidents, and assists injured Claimants as well as advising Insurers and Defendants on personal liability issues.
She also deals with subrogated recoveries for Insurers and advising Insurers in respect of Personal Accident claims and investigates insurance claims on behalf of Insurers.
Her memberships include the Law Society’s specialist Personal Injury Panel, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Travel and Tourism Lawyers Association and the Institute of Travel and Tourism.
Bronwen has recently advised in relation to:
- Liability, quantum and jurisdictional issues arising out of a traffic accident in the United States where damages sought were over £500,000.00
- A mediation involving several Insurance Company Defendants
- A skiing collision in Europe where the victim and Defendant were ski racing and as a result of the accident the victim sustained significant head injuries and permanent long term effects of the accident
- The construction of a contract of insurance involving liability issues of Insurers’ Agents
- The liability of Insurers under an insurance contract where alcohol and drugs were involved in relation to an accident and raised questions as to wilful exposure to danger
- The liability aspects of a skiing collision involving the instructor of the ski party
- Food poisoning contracted by holiday makers leading to long term health problems
- The liability issues raised by a snowboarding accident in a “snowboarding park”
- A jet ski accident involving permanent injury to the victim
