We have provided on these pages some information about being a Trainee Solicitor at Stones, and have answered some frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) as well as providing details on living in the South West.

Trainee Solicitors are selected by attendance at a competitive assessment day, followed by call back interviews for the shortlisted candidates.  We normally offer 2 training contracts each year.

We are no longer accepting applications for training contracts for 2010 and 2011. Please see timetable below for 2012 applications:-

  •  Applications for 2012 training contracts accepted until 31 January 2011;
  •  Assessment Day and call back interviews to be held in February/March 2011;
  •  Training contracts offered by the end of April 2011.

Stones Solicitors will only be accepting applications for 2012 training contracts through the online Trainee Application Form
