Legal Executive
Tracy is a Legal Executive in the Development, Land and Planning Team.
Tracy has experience in dealing with a variety of property related matters within the Team including Residential and Commercial Property transactions, plot sales and general development work.
She also has extensive litigation experience primarily in the field of residential landlord and tenant litigation in both the Public and Private Sector including possession proceedings under the Housing Act 1988 dealing with cases from inception to conclusion including advocacy.
