Stones Solicitors appoints Regulatory Compliance, Quality and Risk Officer
Stones has recently appointed Adrian Richards as Regulatory Compliance, Quality and Risk Officer to the Firm. Adrian's wide ranging brief includes responsibility for ensuring that the Firm's business operates within the various regulatory frameworks and that it also continues to deliver an exceptionally high level of service to its clients.
Stones' Chief Executive Paul Keeling, said: "Adrian's background means that he is acutely aware of the need to ensure commercial awareness in what has to be done to achieve compliance.
"He is also aware of the commercial realities facing law firms and has undertaken research and analysis into the impact that the Legal Services Act will have on the legal profession and how these reforms will affect the way in which legal services will be delivered to the public in the future.

Adrian joins Stones from the national Firm, Shoosmiths Solicitors where he was a partner in the Legal Expenses Division responsible for Regulatory Compliance.
