Adrian Richards - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As COO Adrian is charged with the delivery of the business’s strategic objectives and ensuring that our clients receive value for money in respect of the services they receive.

In order to achieve this, allemployees of the business are motivated towards ensuring that they have a clear understanding of:

The client’s needs and objectives
The challenges that they face
The market within which they operate
The ‘result’ that the client is seeking to achieve

The business has built up a strong reputation, not only for the quality of its advice, but also the practical approach that all its legal teams take towards delivering results.

In a legal market that will see significant change over the coming years, the business needs to be able to react quickly and seize opportunities when they present themselves. To this end Adrian is supported by an Executive Committee and an Operational Management Board who work closely with him.

The Executive Committee

The main focus of the Executive Committee is to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and to look at all aspects of the way the Firm:

Delivers its services to clients
Ensures that the Firm stays in tune with the clients' changing needs
Keeps up to date with changes in the various legal markets in which the Firm operates.
