Steve is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team.
Steve advises on all commercial property matters, with particular emphasis on commercial secured lending, acting on behalf of Institutional Lenders, and business transfers where there is a substantial property element.
Steve has recently advised in relation to:
- Secured finance for a development project from acquisition of the development site through to construction of the property, approval of detailed sale documentation and the ultimate release of individual units from the charge.
- The purchase of a substantial leisure business operated on a mixed freehold and leasehold site coupled with a simultaneous acquisition of the residual freehold interest
