Simon is an Associate working full time within the Social Housing Department.
Simon's main area of specialism is acquiring development sites and purchasing units for shared ownership / rent for various Housing Associations.
Simon also advises on Section 38, Section 104 and Section 106 Agreements and easements etc., and also provides advice on general commercial property issues for Housing Associations.
Simon previously qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and uses his past experience providing general construction advice to Housing Associations.
Simon has recently advised Housing Associations in relation to :
- Acquisition of various development sites and provision of advice regarding Section 106 Agreements within the Lincolnshire area.
- Acquisition of apartments / houses for shared ownership and rent in relation to various schemes throughout the North West region.
- Disposal of 15 No. shared ownership apartments for a Housing Association within the Liverpool area.
