Sarah is an experienced Property Paralegal working in the Social Housing Team.
Since joining Stones four years ago she has worked closely with Karen Phillips and has built up an excellent working relationship with our Registered Social Landlord clients, particularly in relation to shared ownership schemes.
Sarah’s areas of specialism include shared ownership plot sales (including the preparation of HIPs), right to buy/right to acquire, intermediate and final staircasing, consents to assign and individual sales and purchases.
In the case of shared ownership sales Sarah is well aware of the need to minimise voids by being pro-active and keeping up the pressure to achieve early exchanges and completions. She makes a point of keeping clients well informed throughout transactions, and on every ongoing shared ownership scheme she emails a progress chart to clients each week advising them of the stage each sale has reached.
