Richard is a Paralegal in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
He has considerable experience in accountancy, credit control, debt recovery and possession proceedings. Richard manages our clients’ small claims debt recovery work through our bespoke programme which was designed to manage undefended debt claims at low, fixed cost.
Richard is responsible for the Firm’s own credit control procedures
