Home Information Packs, HIPs

The production of the HIP is simply an additional part of our existing conveyancing service and we have developed an approach that will complement the professional and personalised service we already offer.

At Stones we:

  • Produce the packs ourselves in the required timescales
  • Have in place links with a variety of home inspectors based throughout the South West, enabling us to obtain the necessary Energy Performance Certificate;
  • Provide the pack in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Provide a FREE Home information pack with all conveyancing transactions, excluding disbursements
