Peter Bridgwater

Peter is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team.
Peter is an experienced Senior Solicitor advising clients in relation to a wide range of Commercial Property issues including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and business leases.
Peter also has particular experience in dealing with the property aspects of timeshare developments, including fractional ownership schemes.
Peter has recently advised in relation to:
- A development of 10 prestige coastal apartments occupied under a time share/ fractional scheme
- The acquisition by a pension fund and related trading company of a substantial Government research station for conversion to commercial use, including detailed negotiations over potential liability for historic contamination and provisions for additional overage payments to be triggered by future development.
