As well as being a member of the Firm's Executive Commitee Paul heads up the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and has over 25 years experience in dealing with a wide variety of litigation claims for both individuals and businesses.
Paul's particular areas of expertise are professional negligence claims and the wide range of litigation resulting from disputed wills, arguments over Estates and claims to the joint ownership of land.
Paul is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and an accredited mediator.
