Nicky is a Paralegal in the Travel and Insurance Team.
Nicky has worked at Stones for over 17 years, working closely with Bron Courtenay-Stamp since 2002. Nicky has an excellent understanding of the travel and insurance industry as well as practical experience and knowledge of the system in relation to injury claims in their varied forms! She concentrates on liaising with clients, and drafting statements and schedules of losses. Nicky is well able to assist clients with their injury claims without confusing legal jargon.
Nicky also assists in administering the Helplines offered by Stones to Travel Insurers and is known for the friendly way she deals with helpline queries, and her helpful solutions to clients' problems. She also liaises with investigators in relation to the work the team undertakes regarding the investigation of claims.
