Mark is a Conveyancing Manager in the Development, Land and Planning Team.
He has twenty eight years conveyancing experience in relation to both Residential and Commercial Property transactions.
Mark has specialist knowledge in acting for Builders and Developer clients from sole traders to regional developers with site acquisitions, the setting up of developments for sale and then dealing with the subsequent plot sales.
His experience also extends to dealing with Local Authorities and other statutory bodies in relation to the negotiation and completion of various Statutory Agreements for adoption of roads, sewers and Planning Agreements such as Section 106 Agreements.
Mark has recently advised in relation to:
- The acquisition of a large hotel complex in cornwall acquired for redevelopment in excess of £2,000,000
- The Acquisition of a substantial block of flats and refinancing
