Mark is an Associate in the Trust & Probate Team based in our Exeter office.
Mark specialises in the drafting of Wills, the creation and administration of Trusts, obtaining Probate and the administration of Estates.
He has expertise in areas of law which particularly affect the elderly, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and the rules relating to Local Authority Assessment of Means for those entering into a Care Home.
Mark is a full Member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
