Marie Ashton
Paralegal
Marie is a Paralegal in the Employment Team.
She has a Degree in Law specialising in Employment Law. She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Personnel and Development. Marie therefore has a excellent understanding of the varied role of an HR Manager. She concentrates on liaising with clients, visiting them at their place of work, taking statements, and drafting Contracts and Handbooks for companies of all sizes.
Marie administers the Helpline under the Team’s Employer Protection Scheme ‘BOLDER’ which has a growing number of member-companies, with approximately 2500 employees. Marie is known for the friendly way she deals with helpline queries, and her prompt solutions to clients’ problems. Marie takes pride in being able to assist clients deal with HR matters without confusing jargon, providing them with appropriate letters, policies and documents for their various issues.
