Lynn is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department.
Lynn specialises in the sale and acquisition of freehold land and buildings including large industrial sites for occupation or development, office buildings, medical and clinical sites as well as retail and leisure properties. Lynn also specialises in secured lending.
Clients include Property Developers, Institutional Lenders, Private Banks and Investment Funds.
Lynn is the Head of the Commercial Division and in this role is a member of the Firm’s Strategic Board with particular responsibility for management and delivery of commercial legal services.
Lynn has recently advised in relation to:
- The completion of a multi-million pound loan facility secured on a portfolio of investment properties
- The acquisition of multiple freehold and leasehold sites throughout the UK for a national company to support the rapid expansion of an existing business network
