John is a Partner and Head of the Torrington Office where he has been based since 1989.
He is also the Firm's Head of Residential Property in which capacity he has been integral in establishing the Team's reputation for a high quality personal service, competitive prices and a renowned level of technical expertise. In the last year John has introduced and established the Firm's Home Information Pack (HIP) product which is proving popular as a tool to expedite the Conveyaning procedures on a residential sale.
John acts for clients, many long established, throughout the Country. He deals with everyday sales and purchases of residential properties, equity release and lifetime mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Deeds of Gifts etc. He specialises in high quality work including business sales and acquisitions, development work and ancillary issues, Options and prestigious leasehold property acquisitions and sales.

- Sales of leasehold residential units on a Development in Cheshire where he acts for the Developer
