John is a Partner and Head of the Residential Property Team.
John managed the firm's Torrington Office for over 20 years before relocating to the Exeter office in 2009. John continues to see clients in the Torrington and North Devon area by appointment.
As Head of the Firm's Residential Property Team he has been integral in establishing the Team's reputation for a high quality personal service, competitive prices and a renowned level of technical expertise.
John acts for clients, many long established, throughout the Country. He deals with everyday sales and purchases of residential properties, equity release and lifetime mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Deeds of Gifts etc. He specialises in high quality work including business sales and acquisitions, development work and ancillary issues, Options and prestigious leasehold property acquisitions and sales.
