Hugh is a Partner and Head of the Development, Land and Planning Team.
He specialises in development and planning work and looks after a number of Developers dealing with matters right through from site acquisition to plot sale.
Hugh also acts for large landowners looking to promote their land for development. He handles all planning aspects in relation to the promotion of land and also regularly deals with Option Agreements and Joint Ventures between landowners and developers.
Hugh has recently advised in relation to:
- The acquisition of a large hotel complex in cornwall acquired for redevopment in excess of £2,000,000
- The variation of sewerage arrangements for the residents of a village on the outskirts of Exeter
- The Acquisition and refinancing of a residential block of flats in Exeter in excess of £1,000,000
