Helen is a Partner and Head of the Trust & Probate Team.
Helen specialises in all aspects of Trust and Estate matters, particularly Estate and Tax planning through Wills and Trusts with over twenty years experience in the field. She also deals with aspects of Charity Law and is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Member of the Charity Law Association.
Helen is the Head of the Private Client Division and in this role is a member of the Firm’s Strategic Board with particular responsibility for management and delivery of private client (non contentious) legal services.
