Guy is a Partner and Team Head of the Company Commercial Team.
Guy has extensive transaction based experience dealing with business acquisitions and disposals, finance and restructuring, partnership arrangements, shareholder agreements and a variety of general commercial arrangements. He is a Director of the Taunton Town Centre Company and a recent Chairman of the Somerset Branch of the Institute of Directors.
He also has a practical understanding of the issues facing businesses having managed his own manufacturing companies.
Guy has recently advised in relation to:
- Acquisition of a large caravan park business in Devon
- Disposal of a specialist travel insurance business in Essex
- Disposal of Devon based financial services business to a national market leader
- Sale of hotel business in Somerset
- Restructuring of a large Devon based farming partnership
