Guy is a Partner in the firm and Head of the Company Commercial Team.
Guy's professional practice focuses on business acquisitions and disposals, finance and restructuring, partnership arrangements, shareholder arrangements and a variety of general commercial arrangements. He is a Director of the Taunton Town Centre Company and a recent Chairman of the Somerset Branch of the Institute of Directors.
He also has a practical understanding of the issues facing businesses having been an owner manager of a group of manufacturing companies.
