Gemma Wade

Gemma joined Stones in 2004 and has recently qualified as a Paralegal and specialises in Family Law. She is based at the Okehampton Office where she assists Clive Williamson.
Gemma has assisted on many family matters and has experience in dealing with divorce and the related financial issues including division of pensions and disputes as to the contributions to the acquisition of family home. She has also gained a knowledge and understanding of contact and residence issues and other areas involving children.
She understands the need for sensitivity associated with family issues and how overwhelming the Court process can be for clients.
