The Employment Team has vast experience of advising employees, from manual workers to directors in a wide range of employment issues.

We frequently advise on tactics in all stages of disputes, through to claims in the Employment Tribunal; negotiating settlements as well as assisting to resolve disputes.

We have represented employees at internal disciplinary and Appeal Hearings, in the Employment Tribunal and in the High Court. We have secured sizeable settlements in claims of discrimination, whistle-blowing and unfair dismissals amongst many others. We provide accessible and jargon-free advice and assistance to try and alleviate the worries of dealing with disputes with employers.

We have represented employees in disputes with national and international companies, banks and government departments as well as small local businesses.
