- Expert advice on ‘family friendly' and discrimination issues
- Drafting Compromise Agreements and negotiating exit packages without the need for litigation
- Providing guidance on TUPE, restructuring or redundancy
- Defending your business vigorously in Litigation, including representation in the Employment Tribunal.
