Stones' Employment Law Team act in a Human Resources (HR) capacity for a wide range of clients in the private and public sectors:

  • Expert advice on ‘family friendly' and discrimination issues
  • Drafting Compromise Agreements and negotiating exit packages without the need for litigation
  • Providing guidance on TUPE, restructuring or redundancy
  • Defending your business vigorously in Litigation, including representation in the Employment Tribunal.
