Effective Debt recovery can be one of the most important aspects of running a business and in today's financial climate it is becoming ever more important to reduce debtor days and recover your debt as economically as possible.

FREE Business to Business Debt Recovery

If you are a UK based business and are owed money on undisputed invoices by another UK based business of between £250 and £5000 and issued since 7th August 2002, Stones' Debt Recovery Service will pursue that debt for you FREE OF CHARGE. You will receive the FULL AMOUNT of the principle sum recovered. We will recover the costs and interest from the debtor as our payment (full terms and conditions upon request).

If there is no recovery made you will not be charged

Fixed Rate Non - Business to Business Debts

If you are an individual and are owed money by other individuals or businesses, or a business owed money by an individual, Stones' DRS operates a low rate fixed fee system for each step in making a county court claim.

Stones offer each client a cost effective, proactive way to recover debts which have previously proved difficult to get paid.   Each case will receive expert individual attention to bring the matter to conclusion in the most economical and expedient way.

Stones recognise that the cost of bringing legal action needs to be proportionate to that of the claim and the attached related document details our fixed fee charging guideline.
