Dawn qualified over seven years ago and is an Employment Law specialist who deals with a wide range of non-contentious matters including drafting Contracts, Directors’ Service Agreements and Staff Handbooks. She also advises on disciplinary and grievance matters and redundancy procedures.
She has significant litigation experience dealing with contentious matters relating to all types of discrimination, whistle blowing, unfair and wrongful dismissals, working time regulations and TUPE.
Dawn presents Seminars on all Employment Law Topics for professional organisations and writes articles on various topics both for local press and the Employment Department’s quarterly newsletter. Dawn is known for her excellent advice and hard work on behalf of clients. Dawn has a reputation for her combative approach to litigation as well as her ability to realistically settle disputes.
