David Harris
Litigation Manager
David is a Litigation Manager in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
He has over twenty years’ legal experience specilising in the conduct of Civil Litigation Claims as well as advising on various aspects of Education Law having previously been an Assistant Director of Education.
David acts for children whose parents are concerned about bullying, exclusions or Local Authorities’ failure to identify and provide for special needs.
David also advises in relation to contested probate work, including allegations of forged Wills or Wills written under duress and claims against Estates by disappointed beneficiaries, as well as in Agricultural business related disputes.
