Daniel is an Associate and Team Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
He specialises in professional negligence cases, commercial landlord and tenant disputes and disputes relating to land, as well as handling various contract dispute cases. He has a wealth of expertise in all dispute forums from Mediations to the Court of Appeal.
Daniel acts for a number of high profile businesses in the South West and beyond.
