Clive Williamson
Associate
Clive is an Associate in the Family Team of our Okehampton Office.
He is a Matrimonial Specialist and is accredited by Resolution.
Clive is very experienced in his field and also deals with other legal matters including Property Law (both contentious and non-contentious) Licensing and Defence Advocacy.
Clive has recently advised in relation to:
- Matrimonial dispute involving single farm payment and tax issues
- Cohabitation dispute and claim under constructive trust
- Gambling Act premises licence
