Chris is a Partner and Head of the Commercial Property Team.
Chris specialises in dealing with Commercial Property transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for developers, owners, occupiers and investors.
He has particular expertise in business lease negotiations and renewals through acting on management of substantial property portfolios for both landlords and tenants.
Chris has recently advised in relation to:
- The acquisition, pre-letting, development and investment sale of a multi-million pound mixed use office/industrial development
- The acquisition, financing, reorganisation and management of a portfolio of investment properties comprising ten separate industrial/commercial estates
- The acquisition, financing and development of a substantial site for owner occupation by a national hotel and leisure group
