The Child Care Team has strong specialists who will be able to provide skilled and sensitive support on all legal issues concerning children. We have many years of experience acting for children, parents, grandparents and the wider family and are particularly aware of the challenges to any family when faced with the prospect of taking decisions which are likely to fundamentally affect the family perhaps on a permanent basis.

Our Solicitors attend Court regularly and have established links with all other agencies involved in the dispute resolution process. We are committed to resolving children issues by negotiation if possible, but sometimes it may be necessary to present particular issues to the Court for a decision to be made.
We have members of the Law Society's Children's Panel, the Family Law Panel and Family Mediation.
