Andrew is an Associate in the Commercial Property Team and is the Operational Head of our Okehampton Office.
He has a strong commercial background with a reputation for his expertise in dealing with complex commercial property transactions.
Andrew’s work includes business leases, site acquisition and disposal, planning law and licensing law including trade sales and purchases.
He is also experienced in dealing with all agricultural property issues, including sales, purchases, tenancies and licences.
Andrew has recently advised in relation to:
- The acquisition of a substantial leisure business operating a complex of holiday homes
- The sale of agricultural land previously forming part of a manorial estate
- The purchase of a trading public house, coupled with arrangements for the release of covenants which had previously rendered the sale of alcohol unlawful
