Andrew is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
He specialises in insolvency advising and representing individuals in Bankruptcy including and dealing with applications for annulments
Andrew also represents the interests of Trustees in Bankruptcy and Local Government bodies.
Andrew has recently advised in relation to:
- The liability of Administrators to pay non-domestic rates as an expense of the Administration.
- The decision in the High Court being of such national importance that it recently led to Parliament amending the Law.
- Beneficial interets in Property
- The validity of retention of title clauses
- The enforceability of clauses in a Shareholders' Agreement.
